We second guess ourselves, finding it hard to let projects go.
And we are ALWAYS at work, even when we are not at work which means although physically we might have checked out, mentally and emotionally we are still chained to the desk. We become sharp with the people in our lives, so our relationships start to suffer - at home AND in the office. It becomes hard to stay emotionally present in any other area of life - and it becomes hard to believe that we are making a difference or creating change, because OUR life never seems to change.
